Being Present When Times are Tough

Mindfulness teaches our mind how to nonjudgmentally be with the moment we are in. This is sometimes hard to do. I just recently lost a year’s worth of work, and am practicing being only in each moment. I am also paying attention to those stories that come up when times are a little harder. Let us remember that we are all resileint and that all we have is the very moment that we are in.
