  • Mindfulness Meets Real Life: 5 Gentle Solutions to a Racing Mind

In this episode, I share a brief re-introduction — including why I recently adopted another stray — and how that story reflects the way I approach mindfulness: grounded, human, and practiced inside real life.

If your mind feels busy, loud, or exhausted, this episode offers gentle, realistic ways to find rest without forcing silence or perfection.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Why a racing mind is often a sign of a tired nervous system
    • What mindfulness looks like when life is full and messy
    • How calming the body helps the mind naturally slow
    • Simple ways to give your thoughts somewhere to land
    • The power of gentle focus instead of “emptying your mind”
    • How urgency language keeps the nervous system activated
    • Why micro-pauses can be more effective than long meditations
    • What adopting a stray can teach us about safety, patience, and healing

    You’ll leave with:

    • 5 practical, compassionate solutions to a racing mind
    • Tools you can use in real moments — not just quiet ones
    • A reminder that your mind isn’t broken, just protecting you

This episode is for anyone craving calm while living a very real life.

Take one breath. Let that be enough.

  • My Accidental Experiment with Skipping my Morning Mindfulness Routine-My North Star

I accidentally skipped my morning mindfulness routine of about ten years last week. Let me tell you….. I won’t do that again, lol! Here is what I noticed.

    Everything triggered me

    I felt completely off

    Joy was an old freind

    I could not focus

I felt like I was alone

I felt like my purpose was silly

I was a mess!!!!!!! I jokingly said to a friend, I have not been very mindful lately. It hit me like a ton of bricks! It was a great teacher though. I realize the importance of these practices. It was chrystal clear when I go back in my groove, I don’t want to go back. I felt so unanchered!!!! It is my north star practice! It is so simple, but so very profound!

Thank you for being here!!! I am grateful for you!!!

  • Pain to Purpose: Finding Confidence, Faith, and Healing with Marsha Tucaling

This episode is one of the most powerful and transformational conversations I have ever had. My guest Marsha Tuscaling opens up about her courageous journey through sexual abouse, suicide thoughts and an attempt, and growing up as an immigrant in deep poverty-where there were times her family had no food and her father struggled with alcoholism.

Marsha shares how she went from hopelessness and self-doubt to a life rooted in confidence, faith and purpose. She talks about the pivotal moments when God showed up, even in her darkest seasons, and how that divine guidance helped her reclaim her life.

This episode will remind you that no matter how broken or unseen you feel, healing is possible and your story can become a source of light for others.

    Together, we discuss:

    -Overcoming trauma and rebuilding self-worth

-How to find confidence after deep pain and self-doubt

-Faith as a lifeline in moments of despair

-What healing looks like after abuse and addiction in the family

-How to turn pain into purpose and step into your calling

Marsha’s story will touch your soul. It’s full of trial and hope. Her heart-centered wisdom and faith will inspire you to believe that transformation is possible-no matter where you start.

    Powerful quote from the Episode:

“God met me in the middle of my pain-and that’s where healing began.”-Marsha Tucaling

    Listen when you need:

-A reminder that you are not alone

-Faith in the middle of self-doubt

  • Leukemia Lessons

In this episode, I share the lessons I learned from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at eleven. I was not only given the gift of life, but new “sight.” We all have this inside, this “sight” we just all need little reminders.

    Leukemia taught me:

Time is a gift and not to waste it

The importance of using our gifts fully-don’t wait for that perfect moment

Mindset tools from my hippy doctor and mom and how our mind is a tool that transforms everything (especially when we have been stripped of health, wealth or you insert your painpoint)

Reflection questions to help pause, reconnect and live deliberately

By the end, my hope is that you breathe, focus and step into your life with more presence because you are amazing!

  • How You Can Bend Time (Without Being an Avatar)

What if you could slow down time-not with superpowers, but with presence?

Inspired by Deepok Chopra’s question, “Do we exist in time, or does time exist in us?” I invite you to reimagine your relationship with time through mindfulness, breath, and awareness.

Discover how to expand your moments, release the rush, and step into the infinite now-all without escaping to another planet, although, lol:))))

Tune in to learn how you can bend time by just being fully alive in this one.
