  • Stuck on the side of the Road, Peace in Forced Pause (meditation at the end for your pause)

    Life can definately have some unexpected twists. Those twists or blowouts can be a time to notice our thoughts and feelings inside our bodies. We can notice them with gentle awareness. It takes practice though. In this episode, I use my multiple events of being stuck on the side of the road to share how we can watch our thoughts and not let them carry us away. I hope this helps. I help overwhelmed humans especially moms shift from overwhelmed feelings to more alighned living. I use tools of breathwork, somatics, mindfulness and mindset to do this.
